Someone took a screwdriver to my sister-in-law's 1997 Honda CRV in front of our house and ruined the lock. I reached out to Benjamin for help and he gave me an immediate quote via text, ordered the new part, and showed up on time to swap things out. This was all taken care of within the week. He was even able to rekey the replacement car lock so she could use her old key. He threw in a brand new key + lubricated all of the locks for free. I needed my ignition tumbler replaced and I didn't want to go to a dealership not only because of their prices but availability. Not only did Benjamin answer his phone within a ring or two but he met up with me within 10 minutes and get a great job and not only did I get that fixed but I also decided to purchase a spare key for my truck as well. I have never gone through a locksmith before and after my experience with BDS I think this is the way that I will go from now on. Professional, Great timing, definitely knows what he's doing, his prices are definitely competitive and step by step informative. If I could give more stars I would.
